The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:40 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled.

Once the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, guests will not be able to be seated.

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The setting may include grass or uneven surfaces, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

If the weather has other plans, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Yes, parking is available on-site at The Hilltop Club. We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to park and be seated before the ceremony.

The venue has a ramp available for accessible entry. If you require any additional accommodations, please contact us before the wedding so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Please submit your RSVP through our website no later than January 16, 2027—even if your entire party is unable to attend.

Only one RSVP form should be submitted per invited party. Please complete all requested information for every person listed on your invitation.

We are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, they will be included with your party’s RSVP.

Please do not bring additional guests or substitute someone for a named guest without speaking with us first.

Only specifically invited children may attend. If your child’s name appears on your invitation and RSVP, they are included in our celebration.

If their name is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them. Thank you for respecting our carefully planned guest list.

The wedding-day dress code is Garden Formal. Think elegant, romantic, and celebration-ready while keeping our outdoor ceremony setting in mind.

Please avoid clothing, accessories, or imagery containing political messaging. We want the weekend to feel welcoming, celebratory, and focused entirely on being together.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep all phones, cameras, and recording devices put away so our professional photographers can capture the moment without distractions.

We promise to share the photographs afterward—and we would love for you to be fully present with us while we say “I do.”

Yes, dinner will be served during the reception. Our final menu is still being selected, but a chicken entrée will be available.

Complete meal information will be shared once the menu has been finalized.

Yes. Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies for each guest when submitting your party’s RSVP so we can coordinate with the venue.

We will have a cash bar available throughout the evening. Please bring cash for drinks and tipping.

Transportation will not be provided. If you plan to drink, we strongly recommend arranging a designated driver or using Uber, Lyft, or another rideshare service.

This is especially important to our family, as Nina’s mother was permanently disabled by a drunk driver. Please plan ahead and do not drink and drive.
