What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled. Please note that once the ceremony begins, guests will not be able to be seated.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or recording devices so our professional photographers can capture the moment.
We promise to share the photos with you afterward.
Is there any transportation provided?
Transportation will not be provided. We strongly recommend using Uber or a rideshare service if you plan on drinking.
This is something we take very seriously, as Nina’s mother was permanently disabled by a drunk driver. Please plan accordingly and do not drink and drive.
Can I bring a plus-one, or children?
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. This includes plus-ones and children.

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Please plan attire and footwear accordingly, as the setting may include grass or uneven surfaces. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
Are there any attire restrictions?
We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing anything with political messaging or imagery. Our goal is to keep the focus on celebrating together in a positive and respectful environment.

I need to travel to attend. Are there hotel room blocks?

Please note that if you would like to stay near Nina’s parents, you will need to stay in Atlantic Beach and not Orange Park. This is about 45 minutes away. Please see Travel & Stay for more information.

Will there be an open bar?
We will be having a cash bar for the evening. We recommend bringing cash for ease of service, including tipping. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
